Job Summary:
The Front Office Manager oversees the operations of the front desk, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient workflows, and a positive guest experience. This role involves managing staff, handling guest concerns, and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate front office staff to ensure high performance and professionalism.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Monitor and maintain front office systems, including reservations, billing, and room assignments.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare and manage the front office budget, including staffing and supplies.
• Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office operations.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
General Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail & commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
