Job Summary:
The Front Office Supervisor supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing front desk operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and providing exceptional guest service. This role involves supervising staff, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Front Office Manager in daily operations and staff supervision.
• Train and mentor front office staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries efficiently.
• Resolve guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping and reservations.
• Ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
• Maintain front office supplies and equipment.
• Prepare shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Assist in implementing front office policies and procedures.
• Provide support during peak periods and emergencies.
General Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail & commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
