Accountabilities & Responsibilities
• Identifying and eliminating obsolete operational processes &procedures and simplifying them
• Develop operation processes and procedures to improve service quality
• Ensure new operational procedures are implemented across the group
• Following up with proper updating of KPI tracking tools for all ops offices
• Developing flawless customs processes to streamline cross border movements
• Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the operations department
• Remain current with latest industry technology systems and procedures
• Prepare operations management reports and recommendations on request
• Providing a support role to operations
• Ensure all legal documentation of the fleet are in order
• Ensure accuracy of information updated on all operational platforms ie Airtable, Smartsheet, etc
• Mentor/coach the fleet teams to ensure overall efficiency
• Ensure statutory documents are uploaded on time
• Ensure PODs are uploaded on time to avoid delays in invoicing
• Perform any other task as assigned by supervisor/management

Education, Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in related field. An MBA qualification will be a plus.
• Experience in working in a structured system-oriented environment.
• Extensive knowledge of quality improvement systems.
• International exposure.
• Commercially astute.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation, leadership and innovation.
• Excellent written report writing skills.
