HR, Operations & Administration Officer
Job Purpose
HR, Operations & Administration Officer is responsible for providing advice, consultation and facilitation on comprehensive range of HR, Operational and Administrative issues.
Job Qualifications / Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Human resource management, management or related field
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in Human resource management, operations and administration
• Strong organizational skills and management experience
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Ability to meet deadlines and keen attention to detail
• Flexible, reliable, adaptable, responsible and team oriented
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS systems)
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
• Excellent oral & written presentation skills in English and Swahili
• Experience managing staff with diverse backgrounds
• Ability to communicate effectively across a range of seniority levels.
• The ability to keep sensitive information confidential
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
