KEYRESULTAREAS/ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
• Monitorandmaintainahigh standard ofquality throughout thehospitality offering, ensuringan unparalleledguestexperience.
• Bethelinkbetweenthecommercial teams and operations teams to ensure the correct information is relayedtotheteamsforguestrequirements
• Host guestsandagents andensuretheir comfort,satisfaction,andpersonalised attention.
•Addressguestcomplaintsprofessionallyandpromptly,resolvingissuestotheirutmostsatisfactionworkinginconjunctionwiththeClientHandlingteam.
•Findsolutionsandtrainteamswithregardstocomplaints,howtoimprovetheserviceandhowtodealwithdifficultsituationswhichmayarise.
• Collaboratewiththesalesandmarketingteamtoidentifymarkettrendsandcontributetofuturedivisiongoals.
•BefamiliarwiththeCompanyoperationalstandards,draftandupdaterelevantSOPsandworkcloselywiththeLodgeandCampManagertotrainstaffonSOPsandFoodandBeverage.
• Develop and motivate safari experience proposals and ideas and ensure implementation and assessmentonceapproved.
•Ascustodianofguestfeedback,monitorcustomersatisfactionforallCompanyunitsandworkonresolvingissuesinordertomaximisecustomersatisfaction.
• SupporttheExecutiveChef/culinaryteamwithastrategytodrivehospitalityexcellence.
• Provideregularfeedbacktoallrelevantdepartmentsonhowtoimproveoverallguestexperienceandmaximiseprofits.
• Createnewguestexperienceswithafocusonchildren’sactivities.CreatetherelevantSOPsandtrainstaffaccordingly.
• Maintaininteractionwithgueststoensureaprofessionalfive-starguestexperience.
• Ensureandprovideflawless,professional,andhigh-classguestserviceexperiences.
• Liaise closelywiththeheadguidewithregardstoactivityneedsandareasofimprovement.
• Usestrongorganisationalskillswithakeeneyefordetail.
• Ensureexcellentcustomerserviceandconflictresolutionabilities,maintainingcomposureinafast-pacedenvironment.

PERSONALATTRIBUTES:
Education:
• Bachelor’sdegreeinhospitalitymanagement,marketingorrelevantfield.
• Must have in-depth knowledgeand experienceofFoodandBeverage,housekeeping,hostingandhospitalityadministration.
•Acompetentlevelofcomputerskills,basicGoogleSuitetrainingandknowledgeofPOSandXeroaccountingsystemsareanaddedadvantage.

Experience and Skills:
• Minimum of five to seven(57)yearsofexperienceinthehighendhospitalityindustry,withastrongunderstandingofstandardpracticesandprocedures.
• Experienceinsafarioperationsorremotelocations.
• ProficiencyinEnglishisrequired,andadditionalforeignlanguageskillsarebeneficial.
• Exceptionalproblemsolvingskills-abilitytocommunicateoperationalchallengeswithrecommendedsolutions.
• ExceptionalLeadershipskillswiththeabilitytolead,motivate,andcommunicateeffectivelywithstaffmembers.
