JOB DETAILS:
A diversified Transport company based in Dar es Salaam is looking for highly competent people to fill the following positions

Human Resources Executive
This is a very senior position of the company

Job Responsibilities
• Formulation of sound Human resources policies and procedures for the company.
• Ensures the company is compliant with all the labour laws of the country
• In charge of the payroll and ensures that all statutory payments are time¬ly done
• Maintain accurate current year and historical staff files
• Other duties as may be assigned by the Senior Managers

Qualifications
• Degree in Human Resources Management Intense knowledge of Tanzanian Labour laws 3 years minimum experience in the transport industry Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
