• Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
• Employee services and counselling.
• Ensuring the company complies with Employment and Labour Relations Act
Academic qualifications
Degree in Human resources or a related field
Work Experience and Skills
Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience across all HR discipline. Preferably in the manufacturing sector. Deep understanding of the local labour laws and employment practices..
