JOB DETAILS:
Our client is a registered Tanzanian Company and a leading Hospitality Company with Operations in Arusha, Meatu-Simiyu and Mara Regions. We are currently looking A Human Resources Officer to be part of our team. The position will be based in Arusha. A recruited qualified candidate for the position of human resources manager should posses tons of experience under tourism and hospitality and capable to perform staff-related activities effectively. The field area shall be on town area and qualified candidate will contacted immediately.

Duties and responsibilities
• Organize employees records like contracts, permits in a proper order
• Designing hiring plans for all departments depending on seasonal needs
• Ensure staff complies with health and safety regulations on their working areas
• Manage compensation and benefits fund
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, investigations and terminations
• Maintain up-to-date compliance with employment labor laws, regulation and recommend best practices
• Maintaining employees and work place privacy
• Training, counseling and coaching the company’s staff
• Resolving conflicts, grievances through positive and positive mediation
• Monitor job performance of employees and aid in career path development

Qualifications and experience
• Bachelor degrees in Human resources management
• Not a minimum of three years of experience as Human resources officer preferably in tourism and hospitality
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding labor legislations
• Experience in HRIS and payroll software
• Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• High compute literate with capabilities in email, MS Office and related communication tools
