JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary.
Our Client, a Manufacturing Company is looking for a qualified IT Infra Administrator to manage company's computer infrastructure. The successful Candidate will be responsible for upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks and servers.

Responsibilities;
• Maintaining and ensuring IT policies & procedures, standards & baselines are adopted.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Willing to travel within Tanzania for extending IT services and monitoring IT operations
• Maintains the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technology solutions.
• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centers.
• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, trends, anticipating requirements.
• Plan, acquire, and coordinate installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the organization’s network and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory, life cycle management, and related documentation.
• Provides “ownership” of problems through final resolution.
• Providing in-house training to End users and IT Team as required.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
• Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, and security systems.
• Experience in managing Network Infrastructure, including Design, Implementation, Administration of LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN, INTERNET, etc.
• Experience in managing Server Infrastructure, including Design, Implementation, Administration of AD Domain, Fileserver, DNS/GPO, Application and Database servers, etc.
• Experience in configuring Network & IT Devices such as Firewall, Routers, Switches, Access Points, Servers, etc.
• Experience in the configuration, deployment, Maintenance of Endpoint Devices & Applications such as Desktop PCs, Laptops, Printers, scanners, mobile devices, software applications, etc.
• Experience in providing support for Application & Database Systems for Websites/Web & Application servers.
• Experience in Design, Implementation & Administration of Physical security solutions, including CCTV, Access control, and Electric fence system.
• Should be organized, a multitasker, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
