Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Outsourcing Sales Officer to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have experience in IT sales, IT outsourcing solutions, IT support solutions or IT managed services, with a strong ability to identify client needs and offer
tailored IT outsourcing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients for IT outsourcing services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs.
- Present and promote IT outsourcing solutions, including managed services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on performance and pipeline.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT sales, outsourcing, IT Support or managed services.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud computing and IT support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, especially in the IT sector.
- Existing network of IT decision-makers and business contacts.
