We are seeking an IT Solutions Sales Personnel with a background in IT and experience in selling IT solutions. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strong sales skills, and a passion for continuous learning in the IT industry.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging clients, and promoting a range if IT solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales and technical teams.
- Eagerness to obtain industry certifications and continuously expand technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers, including SMEs and enterprises, to promote our IT solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Work closely with the technical team to tailor solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and pricing quotes.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ offerings.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
- Actively pursue sales certifications in IT solutions from vendors
- Demonstrate a strong drive to learn and stay updated on various IT products such as networking solutions, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
Requirements (Tick where appropriate):
- Degree in business or related field
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1+ Years experience in IT sales
- 3+ years of experience in IT sales
- Strong understanding of IT products and solutions, such as internet services, networking, and managed IT services.
