Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The Industrial Cleaning Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing cleaning operations within manufacturing facilities, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of industrial cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate cleaning activities to meet client requirements and project deadlines.
• Inspect manufacturing facilities to assess cleaning needs and ensure compliance with cleaning standards and protocols.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures, safety measures, and quality control processes.
• Monitor the use of cleaning agents, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and inventory.
• Collaborate with clients and address any specific cleaning requirements or concerns.
• Ensure the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials, if applicable.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among cleaning staff.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve cleaning processes and reduce environmental impact.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in industrial cleaning or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry standards and compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency in the use of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
• Understanding of environmental regulations related to industrial cleaning is a plus.
