JOB DETAILS:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.
1. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards.
2. Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.
3. Identify business risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
4. Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
5. Collaborate with management on corrective actions and follow up on their effectiveness.
6. Stay updated on laws and standards affecting audits and risk management.
7. Assist in developing the annual audit plan based on risk assessment.
8. Support management in risk management and internal controls.
9. Conduct special audits and investigations as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the finance industry.
3. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
5. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, and present audit findings to senior management.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Proficiency in audit management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
