JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
• Issue Proforma Invoices and follow up for payment
• Educate customers on how our products and solutions can benefit them.
• Keep customers informed on their orders and Manage customer complaints
• Maintain records of all sales leads and customers’ accounts
• Prepare reports as and when required

Requirements of Communications Skills:
• English Language – Knowledge of speaking a good English language and writing as well.
• Speaking – Good communication and listening skills / information effectively.
• Active Listening – Giving full attention to what other people (Customers) are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting.

Requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of ICT Equipment/Electronics and support
• Good negotiation skills and decision making
• Excellent customer service
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work long hours as and when require

Level of Education:
• Diploma in Computing and Information Technology or Diploma in Information Communication Technology.


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
