JOB DETAILS:
Role Purpose:
The Intervention Specialist will focus on implementing program interventions in their designated region. They will provide technical support in the areas of gender and girls’ education, safety and safeguarding, and disability inclusion. The role involves close collaboration with government stakeholders to ensure interventions are effectively implemented, monitored, and evaluated across the region.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support across the region to ensure interventions are delivered as planned.
• Collaborate with regional and district stakeholders.
• Offer expertise in gender equality, girl education, and disability inclusion.
• Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of interventions.
• Ensure timely achievement of disbursement-linked results.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Strong background in gender education or related field.
• Experience in project implementation and working with government partners.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
