INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – PREQUALIFICATION OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY(ICT) MANTAINANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES AT GEITA MINE SITE.
INTRODUCTION
Bank statements of the Applicants active bank accounts for the past 6 Geita Gold Mining Limited (“The Company”), a subsidiary of AngloGold months Ashanti (“AGA”) is in north-western Tanzania, in the Lake Victoria goldfields of the Geita region, about 5km from Geita town.
SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
The Company is in the process of prequalifying service providers OSHA Compliance Certificate for ICT maintenance and support services at Geita mine site and is, Environmental compliance Certificate therefore, inviting eligible and interested service providers to submit Workers’compensation fund Certificate expressions of interest as detailed below. Safety and Environmental Policy
NB: THE DOCUMENTS REQUESTED BELOW MUST BE SUBMITTED WHEN EXPRESSING INTEREST IN THIS SERVICE. SHORTLISTED APPLICANTS OTHERPOLICIES WILL BE SUBJECTED TO THE ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI VETTING PROCESS.

Company Code of Conduct and Ethics two years)
Copy of Certificate of Incorporation, the most recent BRELA search, and
Submit copy of valid business license in the Information and the latest BRELA application of annual return. Communication Technology field.
Copy of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate(TCC), TIN Certificate and VAT
Submit list of technical personnel along with their respective
Registration Certificate qualifications NSSF Compliance Certificate
Submit Data Protection Policy which defines and ensures how customer
Copy of Company Memorandum and Article of Association data is secure
Compliance with Mining Act-Approved Local Content Plan.

with supporting information to the Company, which states the full name, address, telephone, and e-mail address of the company, name of the principal contact, and signed by an authorized representative.
AllLOIsandsupportingdocumentation(inPDFformat)mustbereceivedbytheCompanyOfficeviae-mailatgeita.eoi@anglogoldashanti.com without copying any individual from the Company (Geita Gold Mining Limited). Submissions must not be later than 8.30 AM (EAT) on the 20th June 2024. (the “LOl” Submission Deadline”). EOl submissions must not exceed 150MB per email. In case the size of the email exceeds 150MB, applicants must split the submissions into multiple emails.
Shortlisted Candidates will be notified within forty-five (45) calendar days from the submission deadline. Candidates not contacted within the forty- five(45)calendar days should consider themselves unsuccessful.
