The Company is in the process of prequalifying major earthwork contractors to execute all exploration earthwork projects under Geology Department to support exploration activities at mine sites. The Company is therefore, inviting interested eligible contractors to express interest OSHA Compliance Certificate for the provision of this work as detailed below.Environmental compliance certificate
NB: THE DOCUMENTS REQUESTED BELOW MUST BE SUBMITTED WHEN EXPRESSING INTEREST ON THIS WORK. QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL BE SUBJECTED TO ANGLO GOLD ASHANTI VETTING

Supplier’s audited financial statements for the past three consecutive years Clearance certificate/letter from National Construction Council or Contractor Registration Board.
Interested companies must submit their expression Letters of Interest(“LOI”)by quoting “GGME01768-01 (EXPLORATION EARTHWORK PROJECTS) “on the subject of the email for submission of Letters of Interest (LOI). Letters of Interest must indicate Applicants full name, contact details and name of the principal contact.
AllLOlsandsupportingdocumentation(inPDFformat)mustbereceivedbytheCompanyOfficeviae-mailatgeita.eoi@anglogoldashanti.com without copying any individual from the Company. Submission should not be later than 8.30 AM(EAT)on the 20th June 2024.(the “L0l” Submission Deadline”). EOl submissions must not exceed 150MB per email. In case the size of the email exceeds 150MB, applicants must split the submissions into multiple emails.
Shortlisted Candidates will be notified within forty-five (45) calendar days from the submission deadline. Candidates not contacted within the forty- five(45)calendar days should consider themselves unsuccessful.
