INVITATION TO TENDER NO. TP/04/2024/NCB/S/011
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF IT INFRASTRUCTURE AND DISASTER
RECOVERY PLAN OFF SITE

1. Tanzania International Petroleum Reserves Co Ltd (TIPER)isa bulk storage facility for Petroleum Products with its shares divided equally between the Government of Tanzania and Oryx Energies SA of Switzerland. The Company office is located at Kigamboni Industrial Area, Depot site-plot 1, Dar es Salaam-Tanzania.
2. TIPER hereby invites via National Competitive Bidding (NCB) eligible bidders to bid for the SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF IT INFRASTRUCTURE AND DISASTER RECOVERY PLAN OFF SITE.
3. Eligible bidders are reputable IT service providers locally registered with at least 5 years of experience working with reputable organizations in providing services of a similar nature.
4. Interested and eligible bidders may request electronic copy of tender document through the following email: tiper.procurement@tiper.co.tz by sending an application letter and attach valid certificates for provision of IT services on Mondays to Fridays at 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM from 23 April, 2024 to 6 May, 2024
5. Bidders MUST visit the site before bidding. The site visit will be conducted on TUESDAY 30 April 2024 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am local time.
6. During the site visit all bidders will be required to come with their own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) which meets TIPER standards. This includes Steel Toe Safety Boots, Cotton Overcoat, and Bidders without PPE will not be allowed onto the site.
7. Bids MUST be submitted in hard copies only in envelopes sealed with postal seals or fire seals. Softcopies of bids should submit via a USB flash driver embedded in the hardcopies of bid submitted. No bid should be submitted by email.
8. All bids submitted in plain sealed envelopes in one original plus one copy, properly filled and marked

9. The deadline for submission of Tender documents will be 00 P.M. local time on 7 May, 2024.
10. There shall be NO public opening of bids.
11. Late bids, a portion of bids, and electronic bids will not be considered for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
12. TIPER is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
