Provision of Insurance Services for Tazama Pipelines Limited
1. TAZAMA Pipelines Limited is owned by the Governments of Republic of Zambia with two thirds of the share Capital and the Government of United Republic of Tanzania which holds one third of the Share Capital. TAZAMA operates a crude Oil Pipeline that runs from Dar es Salaam in Tanzania to INDENI Refinery in Ndola Zambia, covering a total distance of 1700KM length.

2. TAZAMA Pipelines Limited invite sealed bids for the following services: -
Lot No.3: Provision of Group Personal Accident, Money, Electronic Equipment, plant all Risks, Business all Risks, Domestic Package Insurance Services, Public Liability Insurance Services, Fidelity Guarantee and Goods In-transit Insurance Services for Tazama Pipelines Limited.

A complete set of Bidding Documents) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzania Shillings 100,000.00. 8. All Bids will be opened on 9th November, 2023 at 11:30 Hours in public in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the TAZAMA Pipelines Limited, Regional Office Kigamboni, Tungi Near TANESCO, Dares Salaam.
9. This tender is for eligible Insurance Companies only and not for Insurance Brokers and Agencies companies.
10. Late bids, portion of bids, electronic bids, unsealed bids and unreadable bids will not be read out at the Bid opening ceremony and shall not be accepted for evaluation on irrespective for those circumstances.
