Requirements

• Proven minimum 1 year of work in the position of SEO specialist or similar
• Experience with SEO programs, such as Google Search Console
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• A genuine interest in SEO​
• The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills
• Knowledge of keyword research.
• Basic knowledge in link building

• Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats in Swahili and English language.
• Handling and take full responsibility for customer-related queries by delivering the best Customer Service Experience.
• Attracting potential customers by answering service questions
• Resolving service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
• Maintain a courteous and calm manner always to de-escalate stressful situations.

Requirements
