Position: LBF Quality Assurance
• 1 Position Available
• Dar es Salaam

Job Functions
• Reviewing the quality of calls made by the Log Book Finance Team
• Conducting exit and mid-term interviews with clients
• Conducting regular customer surveys
• Ensure all necessary calls are compliant
• Conducting customer service trainings

Work station: Dar es salaam
Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor in Business related field from any recognized University
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Good problem analysis and solving skills



Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
