JOB DETAILS:
Do you have a passion for Dams and Hydropower Working with contractor, my client is urgently seeking Lead Civil Engineer for large scale Dam and Hydropower project in Tanzania. Reporting to Project Manager you lead help lead Civil activities, specifically for Dams and Powerhouse construction.

Project Scope: Large scale hydropower project being built on major river, including the construction of a roller compacted concrete (RCC) dam. The dam will be 130m-tall and have a storage capacity 35 million cubic metres (Mcm) of water. Construction was officially started in June 2019, while commissioning is expected in 2022. .

Client Requirements:
• Engineering degree (probably civil)
• Experience from several hydropower construction projects.
• Engineering/design work - possibly from leading consulting companies.
• Strong communication skills
