JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose: Business planning framework responsible for making sure cargo reach their destinations safely, securely, and on-time. .

Main Responsibilities:
• Plan and arrange logistics required shipment.
• Ensure effective and timely implementation of all logistics daily operational goals.
• Oversee transportation of shipment from one location to another,s uch as from loading docks to site and also from site to the port by arranging pickups and deliveries.

Attributes/Skills:
• Have good verbal and written communication skills to direct employees and prepare reports for upper management.
• Ability to act decisively to resolve problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and strong project management skills.
• Refined ability to delegate responsibilities.
• To be able to work under pressure without supervision.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor degree/Diploma or its equivalent in Logistics Management.
• Knowledge in Clearing & forwarding,and shipping line procedures will be an added advantage.
• 3-5 years working experience in CFA Industry.
• Skilled in Tanzania Customs and Cargo Management System.
