Job Description
Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and secure new customers within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.

• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
• Report regularly to the Sales Manager on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Control over the term and condition of sales as specified in sales agreement including credit limits and terms of payment.
• Look for independent petrol stations to widen our sale our lubricants.
• Participating in any marketing activity that improves the sales and profitability of the company.
• Follow up Lubricants sales based on the budget and objectives.
• Improve customers loyalty by frequent visit, identify their needs and act accordingly.
• Stay current with product developments, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Educate customers on the features, benefits, and applications of lubricant products

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field/or any other equivalent qualifications.
• ADP/CDK program experience preferred.
• Experience on lubricants sales is required.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
