Manager of Resource Mobilization

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience
• Education: Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Commerce/Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Commerce/Business Administration, Social Protection, Mass Communication, International Relations, Business Communication or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Working experience of at least eight (8) years in a related field and should be at a senior position.

Nature and Scope
• Location: 1 Vacancy at Head Office.
• Reporting To: Director of ICT and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic & Financial Planning:
• Develop and execute strategies to attract low-cost financial resources for lending and investment.
• Resource Mobilization Strategy:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive treasury strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Funding Acquisition:
• Identify and engage potential funders, investors, and partners.
• Prepare concept proposals, investment pitches, and funding applications.
• Stakeholder Relations:
• Manage relationships with financial services providers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to funders, investors, and partners.
• Align bank’s needs with funding requirements.
• Risk Management:
• Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and implement enhancements for improved efficiency and controls.
• Other Duties:
• Carry out any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
