JOB DETAILS:
SUMET is a fast-growing Tech-enabled distribution company transforming the process of new product launches, building credit scoring to provide BNPL to retailers and wholesalers.

Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance the brand image of SUMET and promote its products and services. This role involves overseeing brand management, digital marketing, advertising, and market research to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Plan and execute campaigns for new and existing products.
• Create and develop proper marketing strategy for Ex-pido brand to increase awareness and branding with both end consumers and retailers, while sellers.
• Manage online presence, including social media and digital ads.
• Develop communication strategy for positioning Sumet brands at the market
• Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
• Enhance customer experience and manage feedback.
• Supervise brand visibility across shops with post materials.
• Work with suppliers to procure all required materials for marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications and Skills
• Education- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience-At least 4-8 years of experience in marketing management, branding, preferably in the FMCG or distributions.

• Skills:
1. Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and digital marketing strategies.
2. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
3. Ability and experience in how to work on ground with marketing activities like road shows or client promotions
4. Knows how to supervise the digital marketing.
5. Must have a good connection with the supplier and agencies and how to deal effective with them.
6. ü Active and dynamic.
7. ü Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
8. ü Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
