BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Our client is a world leader in technology and innovation for the Transport Sector providing edge cutting technology solution for the sector to create great customer experience. The Client is looking for young energetic self-driven candidates with excellent ICT, communication and customer care skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific duties will include;

• Support the regional team in coming up with new innovative ways to market the company and connect with customers in the Country
• Designing online and digital marketing content for local market
• Carrying out a wide variety of marketing campaigns using both conventional and online/social media platforms.
• Continuous communication with existing clients and partners on products and services
• Carrying out online customer and market surveys
  

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
The job holder should have the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a business field
• At least 1 years Sales and Marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills
  

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES
The ideal candidate s should possess the following skills and competences

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Swahili
• Highly self-confident and with high level personal organization skills
• Creative and innovative
• Has good exposure to digital and online marketing including use of social media
• Be highly innovative and creative
• Be a results oriented person
  

REMUNERATION
Our client is offering a gross starting salary of 1.2 million shillings (TZX)
