JOB DETAILS:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop sales and marketing strategies,
• Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers,
• Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services,
• Explain products or services and prices and answer questions from customers,
• Answer customer questions about our services,
• Maintain records of customer accounts,
• Identify potential customers and new markets Product and services development,
• Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals,
• Develop content for sales presentations or other materials,
• Maintain records of customer accounts,
• Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential customers,
• Monitor market conditions or trends
  

Requirements

• Aged 20 to 35 years.
• Woman are most preferable.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Swahili,
• Computer literacy,
• Good communication skills,
• Presentation skills ,
• Report writing skills,
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in relevant position,
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
• Added advantage working with insurance company and living in Mwanza.
