The hotel exudes an elegant sense of history and tradition, nestled between tropical gardens and serene ocean creates a lovely setting for a relaxing holiday.We are recruiting an experienced Recreation Manager who will be in charge in coordinating the activities of day and evening guest’s entertainment. The Recreation Manager will supervise and train all recreation staff, beach attendant’s staff, and monitoring quality and consistency of the resort entertainment. As a Recreation Manager you will ensure that the maintenance of the Recreation areas including hotel beach, swimming pool, spa and Gymnasium equipment and facilities are in good maintenance order with high quality of cleanliness to ensure the TUI BLUE standards is met.
About The Job• Set up and run standard of the week training sessions for all Recreation /Animation staff and oversee the communication and integrity of the program
• Updating the standard operating program manuals on a quarterly basis
• Monitor services and team work on regular basis and counsels’ employees as needed
• Direct and develop staff to meet and exceed customers’ expectations and ensuring department team work
• Develop staff with skills and training according to the hotel’s standards
• Perform other duties as required to provide excellent service and team work
• Ensures that all guests are treated with courtesy and that staff on duty are ready and willing to assist guests.
• Interpret policies and procedures and ensure proper standards of conduct are maintained
About You• Recreation Manager Must have at least 3 years of recreation administration as well as supervising & creating recreation programs
• Energetic, dynamic person with a positive and motivated attitude
• Self-Motivated, hard-working, sensible and able to work under pressure
• Pleasant, responsible and has the ability to communicate with people at all levels
• The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with true passion for hospitality, excellent customer relations
• With excellent problem solving and time management skills
• The Recreation Manager will be result oriented, proactive with the ability to lead, motivate and improvise in all situations
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• People person with exceptional leadership pedigree
• With strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage several requirements concurrently
• Excellent business English both written and spoken
• Bi-lingual i.e. English, German, French and any additional language i.e. Arabic, Asian and African will be valuable
• African experience will be advantageous

The hotel exudes an elegant sense of history and tradition, nestled between tropical gardens and serene ocean creates a lovely setting for a relaxing holiday.We are recruiting an experienced Bar Manager who will be in charge in planning, coordinating, supervising and monitoring all Beverage service activities in the bars taking due account of the TUI BLUE® standards, customer satisfaction and profitability. He or she will ensure daily implementation of all product and service standards determined by TUI BLUE® head office and the operation, with special attention to follow the recipes and TUI BLUE Beverage concept to the full extent as per training provided.Based at the hotel property, the Bar Manager will report directly to the Executive assistant Manager EAM.
About The Job• Jointly with hotel manager you will develop an annual plan for F & B actions.
• Responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of F & B actions.
• Take an active part in the development of new F & B concepts for his/her operation.
• Decoration for special events, as well as table lights and centrepieces.
• Responsible for designing, costing and pricing of all beverages, wine and cocktail menus and bar drinks or special promotions.
• Development, optimization, implementation and fine-tuning of service workflows.
• Together with the superior, develop entertainment concepts for the department.
• Deploy his / her employees on the basis on their abilities; recognize and support potential.
• Create and monitor all rosters of his/her work area taking into account the forecasts for occupancy and events.
• Ensure through efficient planning that the accumulation of days good, holidays and overtime is avoided or are reduced shortly after emergence.
• Control compliance with the recipes in the bars based on spot checks and monthly inventories.
• Identify weaknesses and together with the respective employee develop actions to mitigate or reduce
• Perform regular employee face to face meetings, document them and ensure follow-up of the discussed measures that serve the development of the employee.
• Identify training needs and implement relevant training.
• Perform and ensure effective communication within his / her department and with other departments, give clear instructions and targets to his / her staff
• Promote teamwork in the department and with other departments.
• Exemplify the philosophy of TUI BLUE® and excel in his role model as a leader.
About You• Minimum of 3 year’s experience in similar role in a busy luxury All-Inclusive hotels
• Experience with modern mixology and trends
• WSET Recognition is a plus
• Self-Starter, Trainer and Motivator
• Familiar with HACCP and health regulations
• Experience with cost controlling, marking up and recipes
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
