The Tanzania Red Cross Society (TRCS), together with the Spanish Red Cross, invites interested and eligible medical supplies and devices distributors, registered by the Tanzania Medicines and Medical Devices Authority (TMDA), to submit their valid certificates and best bids/proposals for the supply of medical devices and supplies for Nyanganga Dispensary (Lot I & Lot II).

All distributors registered at TMDA are eligible for this call, including both TRCS pre-qualified suppliers and non-prequalified suppliers. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulation, 2013-Government Notice No. 446, and is open to national tenderers only, as defined in the regulations, unless stated in the Tender Data Sheet.

Instructions:

1. Interested and eligible contractors can obtain a complete set of documents from the Procurement and Logistics Unit (PLU) by contacting the three following email addresses by 30th January at 16:00 local time. Please use the email subject as follows: “8438 – Bid for Supply of Medical Devices and Supplies – Uvinza.” All contacts must be in copy on the email requesting the set of documents:

2. Information requests will be answered during office hours, from 8:30 to 16:00 local time, Monday to Friday.
