JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the M&E team, Technical Officers and government counterparts to support the planning and execution of early detection of breast cancer program monitoring and evaluation activities in project supported region.
• Assist in data collection, entry, cleaning, and management for data, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support to the implementation of M&E frameworks and methodologies for assessing program impact.
• Provide on-the-ground support in health facilities and outreach sites, ensuring data for breast cancer early detection activities are collected and reported accurately.
• Assist in identifying trends and making recommendations for program improvements based on data insights.

Required Qualifications
• A recent undergraduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, public health, Social Sciences, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a related field.
• Knowledge in monitoring and evaluation, data collection, or related work in the health sector.
• Familiarity with health programs, particularly those involving breast cancer or non-communicable diseases, is a plus.
• Basic knowledge in data management software (e.g., MS Excel, DHIS2, KoboToolbox, Power BI).
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to ensure data quality and identify trends.
• Knowledge of M&E methodologies and frameworks, including experience with data quality assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with health facility staff and other stakeholders.
• Ability to provide clear and concise feedback to improve data quality and program implementation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to health facilities and outreach sites within the supported project region.
