Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations and administrative tasks
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
• Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally
• Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
• Support HR and management with clerical duties
• Organize files, records, and documentation for easy access
• Assist in bookkeeping and basic financial record-keeping
• Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment
Education & Experience:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work independently
