Duties
• Under supervision of American Information Management Officer, Incumbent provide a single point of contact that can effectively address the requirements for IRM customers. Serves as the point of contact for services relating to the Information Program Center (IPC) and Information Services Center (ISC) sections and for guidance on procedures, complaints or implementing suggestions for improvements.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
• Two years’ experience in Customer Service or Administration is required.
Education Requirements:
• Completion of High School is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Fluent English (speaking, writing and reading) is required. This may be tested
