JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
• Supports the day-to-day operation of the distribution terminal business as a focal point for internal and external customers.
• Safely perform all duties related to the receipt, storage, and distribution of products.

Working Relations:
• Depot Manager/Supervisors
• All depot staff

Key Deliverables:
• Loading of trucks, vessels and barges.
• Daily tank dipping
• Stock Accounting
• Product receipt from vessel, liaises with surveyors
• Leakage detection and control
• Haul aging of trucks
• Monitoring of meters.
• Maintaining a product loading register

Required Qualifications:
• At least 4 years experience in depot operations
• National Diploma or equivalent in Applied Science Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Physical Science and/ or Mathematics )
• Experience in Oil and gas industry
• Computer literate
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Good internet skill including use of e-mail program
• Experience with Microsoft office
• Team player with good communication skills;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; and
• Good Oral and written communication skills Minimum
