JOB DETAILS:
The Embassy of Japan in Tanzania has a vacancy for a Personal Assistant to a Senior Diplomat.

GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Position title
• Personal Assistant to a Senior Diplomat (There is only one post available.)

2. Period of performance
• ・One year (renewable. Subject to a three-month probationary period.)
• ・Full time (40 hours /week)

3. Working hours
7:30 to 16:30 (Lunch break: 12:30 to 13:30)
• *Overtime (including evenings, weekends and/or public holidays) and emergency duty may be required from time to time. In this case, overtime pay will be paid.

4. Place of performance
• Embassy of Japan in Tanzania (Plot No. 1018, Ali Hassan Mwinyi Rd, Dar es Salaam).

5. Eligible applicants/Qualification
• Applicants must have legitimate Tanzanian nationality.
• The minimum educational qualification is a bachelor’s degree.

6. Salary
• Salary varies according to skills and experience and will be communicated to the successful candidate when the Embassy decides to recruit.

7. Annual leave and public holidays
• These shall be granted in accordance with internal regulations as well as Tanzanian local legislation.
