JOB DETAILS:
Pharmacist II

Direct Entry Qualifications
Holder of Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions who has successful completed 1 year Internship and registered in Tanzania Pharmacist Board.


Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in keeping drug records
• Assist in issuing medicine and medical supplies to patient
• Assist in ensuring proper use of medicine
• Assist in compounding of drugs for hospital use
• Assist in reporting adverse drug reaction
• Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisor
