JOB DETAILS:
Job Descriptions
• Managing the performance of a team of field assistants.
• Measuring the effectiveness of field assistant’s performance.
• Mentoring and coaching field assistants to correct performance deficiencies or taking disciplinary action.
• Forging strong relationships with district officials
• Engaging with farmers to form groups and to sign contracts with the company.
• Keeping computer records of all activities
Requirements
• Must have well honed management skills and should not be afraid of taking disciplinary action where necessary.
• He/ she must be driven, self confident and high achievers.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
