Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Procurement and Logistics Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our procurement processes and optimizing logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations for our manufacturing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for manufacturing projects while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate terms and agreements to secure advantageous contracts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control to prevent shortages or excess.
• Optimize logistics and transportation to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Track and analyze procurement and logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Address any procurement or logistics issues promptly and effectively.
• Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement and logistics software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of supply chain management best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry procurement requirements is a plus.
