Product & Project Coordinator at an Innovative Furniture Design Company

Are you passionate about sustainable design, quality craftsmanship, and delivering excellence to clients? We’re a dynamic furniture design and manufacturing company, creating premium furniture from recycled plastic. Our clients are high-end lodges, hotels, camps and individual home owners across Tanzania, and we're looking for a talented new team member to help us grow.

Role Overview
We’re searching for a curious, smart and enthusiastic team member who is ready to take on challenges with a hands-on and can-do attitude. If you are tech-savvy, a quick learner, resourceful and are driven by new experiences, this might be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities
• Collaborate across departments on product development, marketing, and project management initiatives.
• Support and manage client relationships, ensuring excellent service and customized solutions with exceptional quality from concept to on-site installation.
• Coordinate logistics and project timelines, ensuring seamless production and delivery.
• Support management and team members in maintaining and improving our cloud-based resource tools.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain our competitive edge.
• Assist in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns.

Ideal Candidate
• Arusha based, available now, bilingual, eloquent, comfortable interacting with clients.
• 2-3+ years of experience in a start-up, tech-driven, or travel industry, particularly in roles related to product, marketing, sales, or business/project management.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Trello, Canva, ChatGPT & other cloud-based applications.

Preferred Qualities
• Strong interest in interior design, travel, and languages.
• A deep appreciation for quality, detail, and the importance of going the extra mile.
• Friendly, resilient, open-minded, with a positive outlook & eagerness to embrace challenges.
