JOB DETAILS:
Production And Marketing Manager

Responsibilities Will Be As Follows:
• Advising the General Manager on all aspects of Production and Marketing.
• Supervise all production activities that take place day and night if any
• as well as butchering, harvesting, sausage making and various cuts of
• meat as well as ensuring all customer assets are safe.
• Coordinate the visits of all visitors to the abattoir to learn how
• production activities carried out after obtaining approval from the Manager  Great.
• He or she will be responsible for preparing all required information including quarterly reports
• of the production and Marketing department in collaboration with the staff in the department.
• He will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring all employees of the production department
• and markets are performing their duties effectively.
• He will be responsible for setting production goals and overseeing the department's work plan  by ensuring that goals are fully achieved.
He will be responsible for conducting research regarding comments, advice and challenges from
• to customers and seek solutions to meet the needs of customers as much as possible possible.
• He or she will be responsible for monitoring the quality of products produced
• they are well kept in a clean and safe environment.
• He will be responsible for coordinating the requirements for the required raw materials and equipment
• in the department on time to bring efficiency in production activities and Marketing.
• Be creative and visualize the production of new products to increase sales and
• boosting Company output.
• He will be responsible for overseeing almost all production activities
• produced by the Company in accordance with the laws, laws and regulations of the country and international.
• He will be responsible for closely monitoring the maintenance and repair of machinery
• production is done on time to bring productive efficiency to the Company.
• He shall be responsible for carrying out other duties assigned to him by the Employer.

QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT.
• Have experience in the production and management of meat products raw / frozen.
• Have sufficient experience in deboning beef products.
• Have sufficient knowledge including financial matters and how to analyze production costs (Cost modeling).
• Have the skills and ability to communicate with customers inside and outside the Company for
• time based on professional ethics.
• Have exceptional communication skills in speaking and writing use English and Swahili at all levels of the institution.
• Have the necessary knowledge about food management and safety (food and safety Management).
• Be competent and competent enough to use various "Computer" programs.
• Have a degree in Food Science or Food Technology.
• Have at least 5-8 years of experience in the field of production specialization
• various meat cuts, slaughter operations at least for a limited period of time three (3) years in area management.
• Be able to work in a busy environment and complete them without affecting the results.
• Have an adequate knowledge of the international criteria used in
• issues of health, safety and food quality
