JOB DETAILS:
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES
• Overall responsible for in-put and output quality of grapes and wine juice
• Work with other industry actors to develop Standard Operating Procédures
• Oversee production schedule and ensure that grape juice produced and mature on time
• With the support from General Manager, develop and Preventive Maintanance Plan (PMP)
• Ensure strict adherence to HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Plan)
• Taking physical inventories in accordance with association procedures
• Monitor the quality of grapes that are delevered at the processing plant
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• At least Diploma in food technology and/or related operational experiance
• 3+ years experience in a supervisory or management role
• Demonstrated leadership skills in manufacturing environment
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to interact and work with farmers
