Equality for Growth (EfG) is a registered NGO with a vision oi seeing a market place that is free from gender barriers where female informal workers of all level operate freely on an equal footing with men and free from all forms of exploitation. Currently EfG is implementing several community projects in more than three regions oi mainland Tanzania.

JOB DETAILS:
EIG is seeking suitable persons to till three key vacant positions based in its head office in Dar es Salaam.

Minimum qualification:
Candidate should be a Masters Degree holder with specialization in governance and development; Possession of sufficient Knowledge and education in finance/business administration. research and marketing skills is a requirement. Applicant should have excellent flow in speaking and writing Swahili and English.

Job Description:

• Taking load role in the extension of the strategic plan and enhancement oi programming procedure targeting results set by the strategic plan
  
• To improve and supervise strategic fundraising functions including proposal development and donor negotiations
  
• To improve the reporting process and provide quality and timing assurance.
  
• Perform technical programme oversight and training in areas of advocacy and research; provide strategic advice in relation to achievement or organization objectives and Meritor ship oi stall‘ members.
  
• Constantly evaluating the organization’s programming performance ltd advising the Executive Director on the way forward.
