Sakila Elderly Project in Partnerships with Dorcas Aid International Tanzania brings together a wide range of organization to promote the rights and meet the needs of Elderly people within community.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Community development/Social Science
  
• Experience in the field of Community development;
  
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing:
  
• Knowledge of cultural differences in working and negotiating;
  
• Project Management skills;
  
• Good command of English
  
• At least 2 years relevant field experience
  
• Experience in working with partner organisations;
  
• Experience in writing proposals, capable to pursuit, set goals and to achieve them;
  
• Fluent command of English;
