JOB DETAILS:
Job Overview.
This role involves motivated, dedicated and organized professional experienced in Palm Oil Products and project exposure to lead the Palm oil operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible to integrate design of agronomical, mill and facilities of palm project management.
• Coordinate and lead the team and suppliers to guarantee the palm oil project execution.
• Responsible for qualifying technically suppliers of Mills, facilities and industrial equipment ensuring the Palm oil project activities run smooth.
• Report directly to the Palm Director and provide the status of the project.
• Manage all the contracts for Palm oil project execution.
• Develop and implement Palm oil project improvements and best practice operating procedures.
• Manage together with management team all aspects of running the day to day activities, including project development, project planning and monitoring, maintenance, quality control and safety.
• Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required by the organization.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor Degree in the related field. Masters will be an added advantage.
• Experience: 5 – 8 years of similar or related work experience, specifically in the project leadership operations (a focus on palm oil processing will be an added advantage).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use logical or scientific thinking to solve complex problems involving several abstract and concrete variables.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of working effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
