Job Summary:
Feliz Group Limited is seeking a Project Officer to join their consulting team.
Feliz Group Limited seeks a highly organized and proactive Project Officer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of consulting projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers and consultants in the company to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within the targeted budget. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for getting things done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers and stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Assist in the development and tracking of ongoing projects, future project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
- Support client communication, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.
- Assist in risk assessment and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to research, data analysis, and report writing as required.
- Ensure compliance with company methodologies and quality standards.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders to encourage more business.
- Provide product demonstrations, answer inquiries, and assist customers through service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant experience in project coordination, preferably in a consulting environment or NGO.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong research and report writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
