Water Mission (WM) is a nonprofit Christian engineering organization that designs, builds and implements safe water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) solutions for people in developing countries and disaster areas. Guided by love, excellence and integrity, we are driven to share clean, safe water and God's love with all. Water Mission is currently registered as an international NGO in Tanzania under the name Water Missions International Tanzania hereby referred to as Water Missions Tanzania (WMT).

PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE.
Water Mission International Tanzania invites interested suppliers, contractors and consultants to qualify in the supplier database by meeting the criteria below. This pre- qualification is for consideration in the supply of goods, works and services to the organization for two years (2024/2026). It is important to note that the pre- qualification process does not guarantee business for the supply of goods, services or works.
SECTION B: PROVISION OF SERVICES
Pre-qualifying Requirements:
1. Company profile (including directors' profiles).
2. At least three (3) Traceable trade references.
3. Certified copies of all company registration documents.
4. Valid tax clearance certificate.
5. Proof of membership of any relevant industry association (If applicable).
6. Current physical location (which will be inspected for verification); that is a valid right of occupancy of office premises or lease contract.
7. Submission of all registration certificate from relevant authorities.
8. Valid business license.
9. TIN & VAT Registration (for registered).
NOTE:
1. Completed pre-qualification documents referencing the subject and category reference number should be submitted via electronic mail ONLY at WMT-bids@watermission.org. The email subject line should be: PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS, SERVICES AND WORKS: CATEGORY REF NO(s): HARD COPY DOCUMENTS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
2. Submissions must be received on or before Friday, September 27th, 2024, at 17:00 EAT.
3. If you encounter challenges or require further technical or substantive help in completing the application, please forward your inquiry or issue via email before the closing of the bid through WMT-clarification@watermission.org
4. All existing suppliers are required to participate alongside prospective suppliers to be evaluated and considered.
5. This invitation for the submission of the pre-qualification by interested vendors shall neither be construed to be commitment on the part of Water Mission International Tanzania, nor shall it entitle any company to make any claim whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity from Water Mission International Tanzania by virtue of any response to the said.
