Provision of Information for Supply of Goods/Services tenders at M&P Exploration Production Tanzania Limited

M&P Exploration Production Tanzania Ltd. (MPEP), an upstream producer of natural gas from the Mnazi Bay gas field in the Mtwara region, hereby invites potential suppliers to express their interest and provide information for the supply of the following:

Scope of Work: Communications System

The work includes, but is not limited to:

• Voice and Data Communication for Remote Zones: Establishing communication systems in remote locations.
• Integration with Existing Corporate Networks and Remote Monitoring Systems: Ensuring seamless integration with existing networks and remote monitoring.
• Infrastructure Deployment: Installation of antennas, dishes, and network cabling as needed.
• Integration with On-site IT Infrastructure: Including firewalls, routers, access points, etc.
• Support & Maintenance: Providing 24/7 technical support with remote monitoring capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Potential suppliers must submit information demonstrating their capability and competency, including but not limited to:

• Proof of experience and technical capability in providing the goods and services, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• International companies with the ability to collaborate with local entities in accordance with the Local Content Regulations, 2017.
• Proof of Registration with local authorities in Tanzania, including:
  • Company profile
  • Certificate of registration with BRELA
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) and VAT certificates
  • Valid business licenses
  • Regulatory licenses and permits (if applicable)
  • Tax Clearance Certificate
