Supply of Goods and Provision of Services 2025

1. Invitation for Bids
   Amana Bank Limited (ABL) invites sealed bids from eligible and interested bidders (Applicants) to participate in the pre-qualification process for supplying goods and services for the financial year 2025.
2. Pre-Qualification Process
   ABL will use the pre-qualification method to identify potential firms/companies for the procurement of goods and services. The selection is at the sole discretion of ABL and does not obligate ABL to enter into agreements with any or all applicants.
3. No Payment to Applicants
   ABL will not cover any costs incurred by applicants for preparing, submitting, or discussing their pre-qualification application.
4. Scope of Supply
   The supply scope involves categorized individual lots, and bidders may bid for any complete lot or combination of lots for pre-qualification.

5. Purchase of Pre-Qualification Documents
   Interested applicants may obtain the pre-qualification document upon submission of a written application to the address provided and a non-refundable payment of TZS 100,000 (Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand) at any branch of Amana Bank.
6. Submission of Bids
   All bids, including one original and one copy, should be properly filled out, enclosed in a plain envelope, and clearly marked with “TENDER No. ABL/011/HQ/PQ/2025 FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND PROVISION OF SERVICES LOT NO…” The bids should be addressed to:
   The Secretary, Tender Committee, Amana Bank Limited, P.O. Box 9771, Dar es Salaam, and must be received no later than 12th November 2024 at 2:30 PM East African time.
