On behalf of one of our Tanzania based clients, we are looking for a competent and experienced The Completion Management Lead (CMT) Lead.

Job Summary:
The Completion Management Lead will be responsible to facilitate the accurate management of the Completion Database, completion documentation, supplier deliverables and handover process. The incumbent will be able to setup the completion tool and condition data for input into the database. Will be responsible for generation of check sheet input, certificates, and status/reporting management. The job holder shall, in the performance of these responsibilities, contribute to maximize best value of the project, operations and to promote EACOP core values. All activities will have to be performed in conformity and compliance to safety, quality, reliability, and availability requirements.

His key responsibilities will be the development of System Completion criteria and plans including:
• Implementation and Administration of Completions Management Tool (CMT)
• Punch list and deficiency management
• Set-up required Check Sheets and Test Records
• Define and ensure progress reporting
• Handover package contents and standards Training of project teams and Contractors in using CMT

Activities
• Ensuring the Completions database is customized as per Project specifications (reporting, engineering tables, Check-sheet)
• Support Contractors with CMT training and support
• Coordinate with Engineering the population of Recommissioning and Commissioning database
• Provide completions status and reporting as required by the Project
• Implement methodology/process for task sheets from execution in field to the record in the database
• Liaise with Punch List Coordinator for managing Punch List data from walk down and inspection activities
• Implement in CMT tracking of all interfaces of the project involving Recommissioning and Commissioning
• Assist in developing and deploying Project Completions Management systems and training
• Establishes and maintains the “master data” for Systems Completion by implementing a management of change for Engineering modifications.
• Responsible to ensure Contractors as appropriate provide multidiscipline engineering database information suitable for integration within the Completions Data base
• Liaison with Document Control, ensures correct controlled flow of latest documentation throughout the Systems Completions Group
• Advises on Check-sheets and System/Sub-system allocation, population, and verification
• Responsible for all ‘field generated documentation’ and the tracking / disposition of required handover documents (Transfer of Operating and Maintenance).

Qualification and experience required
Qualification: Degree/diploma in Engineering
Languages: English
Professional Experience: Not less than 5 years
Experience within project: 5 years
The CMT Specialist must have the knowledge, skills, and ability to manage and coordinate a team of CMT administrators reporting to him and train all CMT users. A strong background in Petrochemicals/Oil & Gas and Pipelines with a minimum of 10 years related support experience in Commissioning, Turnover and Completions and at least 5 years as Commissioning Database Administrator is required. A degree/diploma in Engineering is an advantage.
