JOB DETAILS:
WORKDAY FIN Consultant for the EACOP Ltd Finance team and will be reporting to Finance Controller. The scope, size, and value of EACOP’s contracts vary widely from main complex construction contracts with value of several hundred million USD but also many smaller goods/services contracts under 100 kUSD.

Main Activities:
• Service holder shall always demonstrate a continuous commitment to EACOP Ltd H3SE Standards
• Familiarisation with EACOP Ltd Finance Processes and specificities (liaise with EACOP Ltd Finance team)
• Take full knowledge of the current status of WORKDAY FIN development and any customisations to suit EACOP procedure/requirements
• Review WORKDAY Finance Workbooks, ensure definition and seamless implementation (adapting parameters if necessary)
• Participate actively in WORKDAY FIN E2E testing and propose solutions to potential issues
• Participate actively in WORKDAY FIN Gold build
• Liaise actively with WORKDAY Test Leader and with WORKDAY Consultants
• Provide WORKDAY training and knowledge transfer to Finance team including WD coordinator
• Prepare deployment manual with all the settings at Go Live date
• Liaise with non-finance stakeholders involved in the implementation of WORKDAY FIN (C&P, HR, IT) and ensure interface and consistency between all WORKDAY modules (FIN-HCM)
• Assist the Finance team during the Hypercare period
• the finalization of WORDAY FIN implementation within EACOP Ltd (including definition of best WORKDAY parameters) – particularly the FIN modules in adequation with EACOP Ltd procedures and processes the training and assistance before and after Go Live to EACOP Ltd Finance team.

Qualifications & Experience Required
• Perfect knowledge of WORDAY FIN modules and Finance processes.
• Previous experience of WORKDAY FIN Launch deployments and adjustments to Finance processes to WD. Background is (O&G) industry would be appreciated.
• Ability to adjust quickly to EACOP Ltd needs towards WD
• Professional experience: about 10 years of experience in WORKDAY FIN configuration / management / use.
• Education: Degree level 5 mini (6 or 7)
• Other competencies: Fluent in English, IT Proficient, interpersonal skills in international environments
